This role will report to the Logistics Manager and will supervise the carpark and transport operations at Cardrona.

This will include organisation of transport on a daily basis including communication, facilitation and execution including overseeing drivers to ensure availability as well as supervision of the daily operations of the carpark department.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Assist driver training for staff and keep records of driver information as required.

Work with the logistics manager to recruit for the carpark department & train carpark staff.

Create rosters for carpark department staff & monitor staff levels.

Engage with our people, provide help, support and information as required.

Implement a daily schedule to:

Park all cars appropriately according to carpark parking plan.

Keep outside base areas clean and tidy and ice/snow free. Applying grit where needed.

Liaise with lift operations supervisor to provide daily lift relief.

Work with the on hill mechanic to ensure regular vehicle/service checks and maintenance of our fleet

Work with local garages to arrange vehicle maintenance and repair as and when necessary

Ensure that our various transport services are compliant with transport laws and regulations
