The Housekeeping & Cleaning supervisor looks after both the cleaning & housekeeping team on a daily basis under the supervision of the Logistics & Facilities Manager.
With a busy resort to keep immaculate and tight check-in deadlines to meet, this is a challenging role that requires impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure all apartments are cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner prior to the arrival of new guests
Maintain and supervise a daily schedule to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness of all mountain facilities
Delegate tasks to the cleaning and housekeeping teams to ensure daily schedules are met
Effectively schedule & manage staff needs within the cleaning & housekeeping team
Previous housekeeping and cleaning experience are essential.
