CUSTOMER SERVICE

PLUMBING AND RTA CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON

At
Wanaka Mitre 10 it is our Company purpose to provide our customers with the
best products, service and solutions to complete their home building and
renovating projects for both the DIYer and specialist trade clients. This is
your opportunity to be a key member of our highly successful team.

Part
of this success is the great customer service we provide, so we would be really
keen to hear from you if you have our passion for ensuring our customers get
the right product and an exceptional level of service every time they walk
through our doors – going the extra mile will be the norm for you. This is a
full time permanent position which would include at least one rostered weekend
day per week.

For
this position in our Plumbing and Ready to Assemble Furniture
(RTA) area we are looking for someone
who has:

Proven experience in front line customer service

A passion for providing customer service excellence

The ability to provide our customers with solutions for
their DIY and renovation projects

Excellent communication and relationship building
skills

Enthusiasm and team spirit

Basic computer keyboard skills

Willingness to learn

Good time management skills

Experience in the plumbing industry would be an
advantage

We
