Overview

(Minimum 35-45 hours plus per week) # Must be available to work nights, Public holidays, Xmas, Easter, school holidays, functions etc. #Fully organise and run kitchen (Under directive of management) : All aspects of cooking, Prep to on the plate : Some Stock purchasing and ordering : Food and hygiene and quality control : Cook/kitchen hand/dishwasher staff management (When needed during busy times) Position includes all kitchen duties including cleaning and dish washing while working alone.The kitchen is open 11.00am till 9.30-10pm seven days a week.
