North Shore and Epsom base

Part time – 32 hours per week

As an Administration Assistant, you will be involved in a variety of administration tasks including donor liaison, updating database information and reception. Working as part of the Administration Team, you will also be required to provide administration support to the other Donor & Technical Services Teams.

Although based primarily at our North Shore site, there will be a requirement to be rostered to work at our Epsom and Manukau sites and to support our Mobile Blood Drives as required. When providing support on the mobile collect, there may be a requirement to travel out of town for up to a week at a time.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a flexible and adaptable customer service star, a strong team player, have great interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of Word and Excel, and accurate keyboard skills.
